Travel is a great opportunity to change your surroundings, discover new places and experience something different. But I don't like to leave my daily practice behind when I travel.
Whenever I pack for a trip, I always take my yoga mat with me. It doesn't take much space, and I know that I can find a place to practice almost anywhere.
In a hotel room, on a balcony, in a quiet corner of a park, by the sea or somewhere surrounded by nature — you don't need a special studio or perfect conditions. You simply need a little space and a few minutes for yourself.
For me, the mat is more than just something for exercise. It is a small reminder to stay connected with my body, even when my usual routine changes.
Travel doesn't have to interrupt your wellness routine. Sometimes it can become part of it.
You can practice anywhere. You just have to make the space.
