The temperature dropped? So what? 🙂
You don't have to put your active life on hold just because summer is over. Sometimes the solution is much simpler — just choose the right clothes.
A warm-up layer, a light jacket, comfortable leggings or shorts, and you're ready to go.
This morning I’m heading to my practice in black cycling shorts, yellow knee-high socks and a black nylon jacket. Not exactly summer anymore — but definitely not a reason to stay in bed. 😄
Cold weather can actually make a morning workout feel even better. You get outside, wake up your body, breathe in the cool air and start the day with energy.
Don't wait for perfect weather. Dress for it, adapt, and keep moving.
There is always a way to stay active.
